Metyis in Porto, Portugal is seeking a Junior IT Support Engineer to assist end users with standard office applications and workplace technologies, and to support day-to-day IT operations onsite.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage Microsoft 365 services, devices with Intune/Autopilot, and help with Teams and video conferencing. Fluency in Portuguese and good English, plus a proactive, customer-focused mindset, will help you thrive in our fast-growing team.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in IT Support / Workplace Support.
• Experience with Windows 11 and macOS.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and services.
• Mobile devices such as iPhone, iPad, and Android devices experience.
• Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist end users with standard office apps and workplace technologies.
• Troubleshoot IT issues related to hardware, software, Microsoft 365, connectivity, and other IT services.
• Onboard and offboard employees; configure devices, accounts, and access.
• Install, configure, and deploy Windows and macOS devices using Intune and Autopilot.
• Support Microsoft Teams, meeting rooms, and video conferencing systems.
• Maintain IT manuals and documentation; contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and external partners for smooth support.
