Qualificações

As an Online Consultant you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online channels Your main goal is to assist clients with their inquiries provide product information and help resolve any issues they may encounter This role requires excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as strong problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities

• Responding to client inquiries and providing product information through online channels such as email chat and social media
• Assisting clients with order placements cancellations or modifications
• Troubleshooting any technical issues or concerns that clients may have
• Proactively identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
• Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and transactions
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent Bachelors degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent communication skills in English additional languages are a plus
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and online communication tools
