Discovery Land Company in Comporta, PT, is seeking a Member Experience Supervisor to lead the MX team, coordinate events, and ensure seamless delivery of extraordinary experiences for members and guests.

This on-site, full-time role requires strong organizational and communication skills, a creative mindset, and a customer-focused attitude to elevate the member journey across CostaTerra.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in client-facing hospitality, Member Experience and/or events required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• People-driven with ability to inspire and motivate the team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Canva or Adobe tools is a plus.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Positive, professional and proactive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving skills and perform under pressure.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional member service.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and support the Member Experience team in daily operations.
• Assist with team scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
• Lead daily briefings and contribute to weekly departmental meetings.
• Ensure all reports, updates, and communications are accurate and timely.
• Build strong relationships with members and guests, ensuring personalized service.
• Support member onboarding, profiles, and ongoing engagement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to create “wow moments” and elevate the member journey.
• Maintain up-to-date member preferences and feedback.
• Coordinate and execute club events and activations, from planning to delivery.
• Assist in developing event concepts, timelines, budgets, and BEOs.
• Liaise with vendors and internal departments to ensure smooth execution.
• Host events and ensure a high level of service and engagement.
• Prepare and update event documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Support budgeting processes, purchase orders, and invoice tracking.
• Maintain organization of department files, systems, and supplies.
• Ensure all deadlines and project timelines are met.
• Work closely with other departments (Member Services, F&B, Golf, Sales, Marketing) to ensure seamless experiences.
• Support cross-departmental initiatives and special projects as required.
