CostaTerra Club, operated by Discovery Land Company, seeks a Member Experience Supervisor to oversee MX operations and guest engagement on the Atlantic coast resort in Portugal. You will lead the MX team, plan events, and ensure unforgettable experiences across CostaTerra.

The role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to deliver exceptional member service and seamless event execution.

Qualificações

• Experience supervising a hospitality or MX/events team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and creative in delivering guest experiences.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and support MX team in daily operations.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
• Lead daily briefings and contribute to weekly meetings.
• Ensure timely reports and communications.
• Coordinate and execute club events and activations.
• Liaise with vendors and internal departments.
• Host events delivering high service and engagement.
• Prepare event docs, budgets, and invoices.
