Qualificações

• Previous experience in client-facing hospitality, Member Experience and/or events.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and support the Member Experience team in daily operations.
• Assist with team scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
• Lead daily briefings and contribute to weekly departmental meetings.
• Ensure all reports, updates, and communications are accurate and timely.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless member experiences.
