• Six+ years of leadership in luxury hospitality.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily club operations through department heads, ensuring coordination and consistent service.
• Translate mission, values, and service standards into daily operating practices.
• Implement and monitor procedures to maintain service quality and address gaps.
• Build relationships with members, homeowners, and guests; coordinate events and programs.
• Support financial oversight; review income statements and capital budget; assist planning.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of department heads and staff; set performance expectations; conduct evaluations.
• Deliver concise daily briefings and weekly one-on-one meetings; provide management with highlights via daily email.
