Inetum is seeking a Help Desk Consultant to provide on-site IT support to end users across customer locations in the Mozelos area. You will travel between sites, diagnose hardware issues, deploy OS images, and assist with network tasks.

The ideal candidate will have solid Windows knowledge, basic networking, and experience in end-user support, with strong communication and customer service skills. This role requires independence and the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualificações

• Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Experience providing end-user IT support.
• Basic knowledge of computer networking.
• Experience with PC and laptop deployment and imaging processes.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site IT support to end users at customer locations.
• Travel between customer sites within Mozelos area as required.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and IT equipment.
• Install and configure operating system images on PCs and laptops.
• Record, update, and manage support tickets with detailed information regarding actions performed and solutions implemented.
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
