• Provide on-site L1 IT support and end-user assistance.
• Diagnose and repair workstation hardware, peripherals, printers, and mobile devices.
• Configure basic networking, Ethernet, Wi‑Fi, LAN, IP settings.
• Manage user accounts, password resets, software installations, and OS patches.
• Respond to helpdesk tickets, log incidents, track lifecycles, resolve issues promptly.
• Escalate complex problems to senior engineers for resolution.
• Maintain accurate IT asset logs and troubleshooting runbooks.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
