EF Language Abroad is seeking a Country Product Manager to lead the program team, coach staff, and drive regional growth. This on-site role reports to the Commercial Director and sits on the management track with clear development toward leadership.

You will drive performance, build partnerships with local schools and universities, oversee daily office operations, and shape marketing strategies to attract students.

Qualificações

• Must be on-site in Portugal
• 4+ years in customer service or telemarketing
• Degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
• Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Portugal work rights
• Experience living/working/studying abroad is a plus
• Detail-oriented with a can-do attitude

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach the Country team to execute regional growth strategies
• Grow the market by building partnerships with local schools and universities
• Oversee office operations, hiring, onboarding, goals and reviews
• Shape promotion and marketing strategies for EF Language Abroad programs
• Maintain strong communication with EF offices, campuses and partners
• Oversee budgeting, invoicing, visa procedures, and distribution of marketing materials
