A global language education organization is looking for a Sales Consultant for their Lisbon office. This role involves promoting language study abroad programs and providing exceptional customer service to prospective students. Successful candidates will possess full fluency in both English and Portuguese, along with at least one year of sales or telesales experience. Qualificações

• 1+ year experience in sales and/or telesales.
• Ability to engage with customers in person, by email, and phone.
• Experience living, working, or studying abroad is a plus.

• Build strong relationships with Promotion and Campus Teams.

As a key member of the sales team, the Sales Consultant promotes and sells EF’s global Language Abroad programs to prospective students. You will engage with customers in person, via email, and over the phone, guiding them from their initial inquiry through to their return home, always delivering top-tier customer service at every stage.

Responsibilities

• Promoting Language Study Abroad Programs: use our internal database to sustain a successful long‑term promotion strategy
• Excellent Communication: maintain a high volume of outbound tele‑promotion calls daily to potential students
• Team Spirit: motivate yourself and your team to reach individual and team promotion goals with a positive, competitive attitude
• Relationship building: represent EF Language Abroad at fairs and universities to meet prospective students throughout the year
• Teamwork: build strong relationships with our global and diverse Promotion and Campus Teams to provide students with the best EF Language Abroad experience

Note: This role is fully on‑site. Working together in person fosters creativity, spontaneous idea‑sharing, and stronger team connections, which we believe is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Working fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Full fluency in Portuguese (reading, writing, speaking)
• Full working rights in Portugal
• 1+ year experience in sales and/or telesales
• Someone who is detail‑oriented with a ‘can‑do’ attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience living, working, or studying abroad is a plus!
• All additional languages are a plus
