Education First (EF) Language Abroad is seeking a Country Product Manager to lead the regional program team, coach and support staff, and drive customer growth and retention targets.

You will work on partnerships with schools and universities, oversee daily office operations, and develop growth strategies while collaborating with EF offices worldwide. This is a fully on-site role in Portugal and offers strong development opportunities toward leadership.

Qualificações

• Full fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Full working rights in Portugal.
• 4+ years of customer service or telemarketing experience.
• Degree in Business, Hospitality, or related discipline or equivalent work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach a regional program team to meet growth targets.
• Develop partnerships with local schools and universities.
• Assist Country Manager with daily office operations and hiring.
• Oversee growth strategy and marketing for EF Language Abroad.
• Maintain strong stakeholder communication with EF offices and partners.
• Support budgeting, invoicing, and distribution of marketing materials.
