EF in Lisbon is seeking a Sales Consultant to promote and sell their Language Abroad programs. As an integral part of the sales team, you'll engage with potential students in person, via email, and over the phone. The ideal candidate will possess fluency in English and Portuguese, have at least one year of sales experience, and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Qualificações

• 1+ years experience in Sales and/or Telesales.
• Detail-oriented with a can-do attitude.
• Experience living, working, or studying abroad is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and sell EF’s global Language Abroad programs.
• Maintain high-volume outbound tele-promotion calls to potential students.
• Represent EF Language Abroad at fairs and Universities.

Conhecimentos

Role

Sales Consultant – Lisbon Office. As a key member of the sales team, the Sales Consultant promotes and sells EF’s global Language Abroad programs to prospective students. You will engage with customers in person, via email, and over the phone, guiding them from their initial inquiry through to their return home, always delivering top-tier customer service at every stage.

Responsibilities

• Promoting Language Study Abroad Programs: Use our internal database to sustain a successful long-term promotion strategy
• Excellent Communication: Maintain a high-volume of outbound tele-promotion calls daily to potential students
• Team Spirit: Motivate yourself and your team to reach individual and team promotion goals with a positive, competitive attitude
• Relationship building: Represent EF Language Abroad at fairs and Universities to meet prospective students throughout the year
• Teamwork: Build strong relationships with our global and diverse Promotion and Campus Teams to provide students with the best EF Language Abroad experience
• This role is fully on-site. Working together in person fosters creativity, spontaneous idea-sharing, and stronger team connections, which we believe is essential for success.

What We’re Looking For

• Working fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Full fluency in Portuguese (reading, writing, speaking)
• Full working rights in Portugal
• 1+ years experience in Sales and/or Telesales
• Detail-oriented with a can-do attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience living, working, or studying abroad is a plus
• All additional languages are a plus
