Expeditors in Coimbra, Portugal, is seeking an Ocean Export Lead Agent to ensure timely movement of freight and accurate information within the Ocean Export Department. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service and maintaining compliant, efficient processes across the export workflow.

The ideal candidate has 6 months to 1 year of related experience, good Portuguese and English communication, and strong organizational skills.

Qualificações

• 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training
• Understanding of ocean documentation process is a plus
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills in Portuguese and English
• Pro-active, strong organizational skills

Responsabilidades

• Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow in the Ocean Export Department
• Data entry accuracy into the operational system
• Track and Trace Ocean Export Files and reporting
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
• Maintain up-to-date customer SOPs and DLSOPs
• Handle overseas communications and timely responses to emails and requests
• Escalate issues to management when needed
