Scan Global Logistics in Porto is seeking an AIR & OCEAN FORWARDER to join the operations team. The role involves shipment planning (export/import), documentation handling, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive status updates and issue resolution.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of experience in sea/air operations, fluency in Portuguese and English, and strong MS Office skills. This on-site position offers Health Insurance and a Porto office location.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in sea/air operations.
• Portuguese language with proficiency in English (reading and writing).
• On-site work model.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office programs.

Responsabilités

• Shipment planning (export/import) and documentation.
• Prepare, control, and distribute required documents to counterparts (shipper, consignee, supplier, etc.).
• Provide customer service and track shipment status, identify incidents, and ensure resolution to meet/exceed expectations.
• Consolidate shipments and arrange prompt pickup/delivery to destination.
• Prepare price quotes and approve supplier invoices and shipping documents.
• Ensure compliance with KPIs and targets; support onboarding of new customers, sales reps, suppliers, and procedures.
