A Noesis procura profissionais para integrar a equipa de observabilidade. O foco é desenhar, implementar e gerir soluções para monitorizar a saúde e o desempenho de sistemas e aplicações.

Com experiência em ferramentas como Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana e PRTG, vais colaborar com equipas de desenvolvimento e operações para integrar boas práticas de observabilidade no pipeline CI/CD e orientar engenheiros mais jovens.

Qualificações

• Formação: Licenciatura ou Mestrado em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia ou área relacionada.
• Experiência mínima de 2 anos em observabilidade moderna, com foco em cloud e automação.
• Desenho e implementação de soluções de observability com padrões abertos.
• Conhecimento de Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana e/ou PRTG.
• Experiência em desenvolvimento de software é valorizada.
• Boas capacidades de resolução de problemas e comunicação.

Responsabilidades

• Desenhar, implementar e gerir soluções de observabilidade para monitorizar saúde e desempenho.
• Criar dashboards, alertas e relatórios com insights acionáveis.
• Usar Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana, PRTG ou similares para plataformas.
• Resolver incidentes de produção relacionados com observabilidade.
• Manter documentação de soluções de observabilidade, incluindo melhores práticas.
• Colaborar com equipas de Desenvolvimento e DevOps para CI/CD.
• Promover boas práticas de observabilidade entre equipas internas.
• Avaliar e implementar novas ferramentas de observabilidade.
• Mentorar engenheiros jovens em melhores práticas.

Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage observability solutions to monitor the health and performance of our systems and applications.
• Create and manage dashboards, alerts, and reports to provide actionable insights into system behavior and performance.
• Utilize tools like Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana or PRTG or similar to build comprehensive observability platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to observability and monitoring.
• Develop and maintain documentation for observability solutions, including best practices and standards.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of observability practices into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Engage with internal teams to promote observability best-practices and ensure consistent adoption across the organization.
• Continuously evaluate and implement new observability tools and technologies to improve monitoring and alerting capabilities.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers on observability best practices and tools.

Profile:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in modern observability, with a focus on cloud technologies and automation tools.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing observability solutions using open standards.
• Proficiency with observability tools such as Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana and/or PRTG.
• Previous experience in software development is highly valued.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and methodologies.
• Experience with other monitoring and observability tools.
• Knowledge of additional cloud platforms and services.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Understanding of security best practices and how they apply to observability.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
