Noesis in Lisbon is seeking a junior observability/DevOps support role focusing on implementing and maintaining monitoring solutions. You will help create dashboards, alerts, and reports while assisting in troubleshooting production issues and documenting best practices.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Entry-level experience in monitoring, observability, DevOps, or IT operations.
• Basic understanding of observability concepts (metrics, logs, monitoring, alerts).
• Interest in Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana, PRTG or similar tools.
• Nice-to-have Azure cloud knowledge and passion for CI/CD observability.

• Use monitoring tools such as Dynatrace (nice to have), Datadog, Grafana, or PRTG.
• Support the team in troubleshooting monitoring-related production issues.
• Help document observability setups and best practices.
• Work with development and operations teams to support observability in CI/CD pipelines.

Profile

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

• Assist in implementing and maintaining observability and monitoring solutions.
• Create and update basic dashboards, alerts, and reports.
• Use monitoring tools such as Dynatrace (nice to have), Datadog, Grafana, or PRTG.
• Support the team in troubleshooting monitoring-related production issues.
• Help document observability setups and best practices.
• Work with development and operations teams to support observability in CI/CD pipelines.

Technical Skills

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) - PLUS;
• Entry-level experience (internship, trainee, or up to 0–2 years) in monitoring, observability, DevOps, or IT operations;
• Basic understanding of observability concepts (metrics, logs, monitoring, alerts).
• Interest in working with monitoring/observability tool (Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana, PRTG, or similar);
• Basic knowledge of cloud environments, preferably Azure;
• Interest in software development and DevOps practices is a plus;
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies;
• Undertanding of development tools;
