Sodexo is seeking an O2C Specialist in Portugal to support Order to Cash processes within Sodexo Business Services. You will collect data for invoicing, generate invoices, manage credits, and post accruals while addressing billing queries from internal and external stakeholders.

You will also handle revenue control, general ledger reconciliations, SAP postings, and bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and compliance.

• Good Accounting/Financial knowledge (Degree it`s an advantage)
• Knowledge of English (verbal and written)

Responsabilidades

• Collect and validate billable data for invoicing purposes.
• Generate and issue invoices, credit notes, and customer rebates.
• Post accruals for unbilled revenue.
• Manage invoice and credit note uploads through customer portals.
• Resolve billing-related queries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Perform revenue control activities and variance analysis.
• Investigate discrepancies in financial transactions and account balances.
• Liaise with Local Finance Teams and Site Managers to resolve variances.
• Perform General Ledger and Vendor Account reconciliations.
• Manage journal postings in SAP.
• Monitor badge-related controls and financial exceptions.
• Resolve unidentified payments and account discrepancies.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with financial controls.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and stakeholder management.
