Job summary

ManpowerGroup GBS Portugal, based in Porto, seeks a Senior OTC Specialist to support Billing, Credit, Collections, Disputes and Reporting daily operations. You will ensure timely invoicing, data accuracy, and strong stakeholder collaboration within a hybrid work model.

English at B2 level is mandatory, with a focus on delivering quality service to internal and external customers while aligning with defined procedures and company policy.

Qualifications

• Experience in OTC processes within a financial/enterprise context.
• Strong client service orientation and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Understanding of basic accounting concepts and how OTC affects working capital.

Responsibilities

• Ensure invoicing is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Validate billing attributes and handle exceptions.
• Support Operations’ Teams in correct bill rate setup aligned with contracts.
• Monitor deadlines to ensure input is complete from stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed records of customer correspondence.
• Assist with dispute resolution and escalated issues as needed.
• Provide support on escalated issues from the BPO and end-to-end OTC activities.
• Give feedback to OTC Team Lead to keep process maps accurate.
• Partner with internal departments to ensure accurate invoicing and dispute resolution.
• Adhere to OTC process policies.
• Assist with external/internal audit requests.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
