Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance/Management/Economy is advantageous.
• Over 1 year of experience in a similar function.
• Global Business Services Center experience is a strong advantage.
• Experience in a fast-paced multinational company is desirable.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Additional language skills are a differentiator.

Responsibilities

• Drive cash flow management by analyzing and following up on customer accounts.
• Ensure on-time payment collection and swiftly resolve customer queries.
• Act as liaison with local teams to manage orders and invoicing efficiently.
• Decrease Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and minimize overdue documents.
• Prepare account statements and Dunning Letters as required.
• Support write-offs and bad debts recommendations with Legal.
