Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Power BI is a plus.
• Interest and basic knowledge of SAP, SQL, data analysis, KNIME.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and collaboration in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Shape the future of O2C migration validation processes as part of Bosch's SAP S/4HANA transformation program.
• Redesign migration validation using SAP data, automation, and AI-driven analytics.
• Train and guide Bosch Process Experts and Key Users across plants.
• Analyze migration results and identify optimization opportunities for processes.
• Collaborate in an international network to drive data-driven, lean designs.
