Job summary

Bosch Home Comfort Portugal in Aveiro, Portugal, is hiring a SAP S/4HANA Test Automation Manager to lead the automation strategy for the S/4HANA transformation program. The role is hybrid, full-time, working with cross-functional teams across SAP and related applications.

You will define standards, KPIs and governance for automated testing, drive AI-enabled testing initiatives, and collaborate with Data Management and SAP Process Expert teams to ensure test data readiness and scalable automation.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP test automation and quality assurance in complex transformations.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and end-to-end business processes.
• Knowledge of test data management and KPIs for testing.
• International or large-scale SAP transformation project experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and continuously develop the test automation strategy for the SAP S/4HANA transformation program.
• Establish standards, governance and best practices for automated testing with reusable assets.
• Govern and further develop the test automation tool landscape across SAP and integrations.
• Define and monitor KPIs including automation coverage and release readiness.
