Job summary

ABB Robotics is seeking an O2C Global Transformation Process Owner to shape the future Invoice-to-Cash landscape across 50+ countries. You will define harmonized I2C processes, lead workshops, and drive deployment with SAP S/4HANA while collaborating with finance, business, and technology stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Invoice-to-Cash, accounts receivable, billing, or related finance process roles.
• Hands-on experience designing or configuring Invoice-to-Cash processes in SAP S/4HANA.
• Good understanding of I2C master data and enabling technologies.
• Experience designing processes for shared-services and/or outsourced delivery models.
• Structured problem-solving and analytical thinking with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Design future-state I2C processes across billing, AR, collections, cash application, and dispute management.
• Lead requirements and fit-gap activities; translate designs into SAP S/4HANA configurations.
• Drive solution realization across deployment waves with cross-country consistency.
• Ensure process quality and deployment readiness including testing and go-live preparations.
• Define I2C process standards, data foundations, and performance measures.
• Collaborate on the end-to-end O2C blueprint with the broader team.
