Job summary

Bosch Group in Aveiro is seeking a Senior AI Solution Developer to lead go-to-market activities for ERP workflows. You will architect, prototype and deploy Generative AI products and agentic workflows, coordinating with SAP platform teams and business stakeholders to turn complex use cases into robust, scalable AI solutions.

You will define technical interfaces (OData, BAPIs, RFCs, REST, SOAP), build prompts and tool integrations with Python and enterprise AI platforms such as n8n, and own AI

Qualifications

• Several years of hands-on experience developing and deploying Generative AI and/or agentic AI solutions.
• Experience with SAP ERP integration, ideally SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of Python, LLMs, RAG, agent frameworks, APIs and enterprise AI platforms.
• Experience with SAP integration technologies, including RFCs, BAPIs, OData, REST and SOAP APIs.
• Understanding of sales, CRM, pricing or customer intelligence processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, implement, deploy and continuously improve Generative AI products and agentic workflows throughout their technical lifecycle.
• Develop prompts, agent workflows and tool integrations using Python, enterprise AI platforms and workflow automation tools such as n8n.
• Define clear technical interface requirements for SAP platform teams, including OData, BAPIs, RFCs, REST and SOAP APIs.
• Translate business needs into technology by collaborating with AI Specialists, Data Engineers, ERP experts and stakeholders.
• Rapidly turn ideas into working prototypes, evaluate emerging AI capabilities and identify opportunities to bring them into production.
• Co-own the lifecycle of AI products after rollout, including backlog prioritization, release coordination, continuous improvement and scaling across business areas and geographies.
• Focus on solutions that improve business processes, user experience and operational efficiency while ensuring scalability.

Your contribution to something big:

Develop AI solutions end to end:

Design, prototype, implement, deploy and continuously improve Generative AI products and agentic workflows throughout their technical lifecycle.

Build hands-on AI solutions:

What distinguishes you:

Education:

Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration or a comparable field.

Experience:

Several years of hands‑on experience developing and deploying Generative AI and/or agentic AI solutions.

Experience with SAP ERP integration, ideally SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.

Know-how:

Strong knowledge of Python, LLMs, RAG, agent frameworks, APIs and enterprise AI platforms.

Experience with SAP integration technologies, including RFCs, BAPIs, OData, REST and SOAP APIs.

Experience with Databricks, workflow automation or MCP is a plus.

Understanding of sales, CRM, pricing or customer intelligence processes is advantageous.
