Job summary

ABB Robotics seeks a senior leader to shape the global Order-to-Cash strategy during a major SAP S/4HANA rollout across 50+ countries. You will own the end-to-end O2C blueprint and drive standardization while ensuring scalable, compliant operations in a future-state model.

You will collaborate with Finance, Sales, IT and transformation teams, balancing global standards with local regulatory needs, establishing governance, KPIs, and an outsourcing/partner framework to sustain long-term excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Order-to-Cash, order management, or finance process roles across multi-country environments.
• Proven experience leading O2C process design and standardization in large SAP S/4HANA transformations.
• Strong SAP expertise with SAP SD and FI-AR, plus understanding of O2C master data and reporting impacts.

Responsibilities

• Own the global O2C process design and drive end-to-end standardization for order management, billing, collections, cash application, and dispute management.
• Lead SAP S/4HANA transformation across multiple rollout waves, ensuring global process consistency from design to deployment.
• Balance global standards with local requirements, adopting country- or business-specific variants only with clear justification.
• Shape the future operating model and governance, KPIs, and ways of working for O2C in collaboration with ABB teams and external providers.
• Identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and efficiency to improve customer experience and working capital.
