Job summary

Bosch Aveiro is seeking an SAP S/4HANA Test Automation Manager to shape the quality foundation of the transformation. You will define the automation strategy, governance, and tooling landscape to enable reliable, scalable rollouts across business processes and integrated applications.

You will drive KPIs, ensure data readiness, and collaborate with AI initiatives to advance automated testing. Hybrid work with global teams is offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Process Management or related field.
• Experience in SAP test automation, test management or quality assurance within complex transformation environments.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and end-to-end business processes.
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager Test Suite and test data management.

Responsibilities

• Define and continuously develop the test automation strategy for the SAP S/4HANA transformation program.
• Establish standards, frameworks, governance and best practices for automated testing, including reusable assets and testing accelerators.
• Govern and develop the test automation tool landscape across SAP and integrated applications.
• Define and monitor KPIs for test automation, including coverage, efficiency, defect reduction and release readiness.
• Drive integration of SAP Solution Manager with testing platforms.
• Promote AI-enabled testing approaches within the transformation.
• Collaborate with Data Management, Migration and SAP Process Expert teams on test data readiness.
• Encourage reusable, scalable automation approaches across the program.
