Nurse Coordinators play a central role in patient management and provide individualized support to insured members through their expertise and case follow-up in collaboration with various Henner stakeholders (Client Services Team, Sales). Under the supervision of the medical expert or using decision-support documents, they also provide medical analysis of healthcare services.
