You will assess medical information, maintain records, and ensure proper file progression while upholding confidentiality and high professional standards. Remote work is possible up to two days weekly under policy.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the care pathway for insured members with severe or chronic conditions.
• Review enrollment requests and identify necessary examinations.
• Interpret medical records and refer to the medical expert when needed.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure file integrity.
• Review administrative files to ensure no contractual blockages.
