Henner Group in Lisbon is seeking a Client Services Officer (W/M) for a permanent contract to join our management center. You will perform a multi-skilled role supporting beneficiaries and healthcare professionals, handling contracts, reimbursements, and admin tasks at our Lisbon site.

You will respond to inquiries primarily by phone and email, ensuring clear, high-quality service while upholding company standards. The position offers growth and a collaborative, respectful work environment.

Qualificações

• Fluent in English; Portuguese and/or French is a plus.
• Preferably 1 year of experience in the health sector.
• Previous experience in customer services.
• Comfortable handling calls with strong telephone communication skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Team player with attentiveness, dynamism and enthusiasm for your work.
• Methodical, rigorous, organized and responsive; meet objectives.

Responsabilidades

• Support beneficiaries and healthcare professionals.
• Respond to requests and guide them through their healthcare journey, mainly by phone and email.
• Provide information about policy coverage, reimbursements, and administrative management (subscription, amendments, cancellations, contributions, etc.).
• Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction; contribute to site performance.
• Register and cancel contracts and monitor contribution payments.
• Process healthcare claims: enter reimbursements, prepare cost estimates, and issue coverage guarantees.
• Update beneficiaries’ records (contracts, addresses, bank details).
• There is no prospecting or sales involved in this role.
