Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a customer-facing HR Operations role.
• Experience supporting payroll/time management and employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience working across international environments and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Act as country expert and HR Operations point of contact for Nordic markets and employee queries.
• Support end-to-end HR Operations activities including onboarding, offboarding, data changes, promotions, time and absence management, and payroll-related processes.
• Handle HR service requests and system tasks, including complex or process-driven queries and escalations.
• Provide localized HR Operations support for Nordic markets and liaise with local authorities.
• Assist payroll and time management activities, including time entry, pay queries, and compliance with local requirements.
• Create, review, and maintain HR policies, guides, and knowledge articles for self-service.
• Collaborate with HR service teams to resolve queries and drive process improvements.
• Participate in HR projects, system changes, and technology implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across HR and business functions for effective service delivery.
• Keep up-to-date with local employment legislation and payroll developments.
• Support interpretation and translation where local language expertise is required.
• Maintain high standard of customer service and build strong relationships with employees and managers.
