Job summary

Organon Northwest Europe is seeking an HR Specialist to join the HR Employee Services team in Lisbon. You will support employees on a wide range of HR topics, collaborate with HR partners, and contribute to a positive employee experience through consistent service delivery.

Responsibilities include lifecycle changes, data integrity, inquiries, and process improvements. You will work with multiple HR teams across countries, ensuring GDPR compliance and effective SOP updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-3 years HR operations, shared services, or generalist experience.
• Experience in a multinational environment supporting multiple countries.
• Experience with HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; client-focused mindset.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process onboarding, job changes, and terminations per procedures and SLAs.
• Maintain HR data integrity in the HR service platform and ensure compliance.
• Assist employees via HR case management system and respond to inquiries.
• Ensure timely handling of employee requests per internal standards and SLAs.
• Coach and train new team members and share HR procedures.
• Review and update SOPs and internal documentation for accuracy.
