Devoteam seeks a Network Operations Center professional to deliver Level 1/2 technical support for network and security infrastructures across multiple entities. You will monitor, maintain, and support critical systems, providing 24/7 coverage in a rotating shift environment to ensure uptime.

Qualificações

• Experience in a NOC or similar technical support environment.
• Hands-on experience with Grafana, LogicMonitor and LibreNMS.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, PTP/NTP, OSPF, BGP and MPLS.
• Experience troubleshooting complex network environments.
• Knowledge of multi-vendor networking technologies (Juniper, Cisco, Arista, Check Point, Fortinet).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, able to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work in a rotating 24/7 shift environment.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver Level 1/2 technical support for the network and security infrastructures of multiple entities.
• Monitor, maintain, and support critical network and system infrastructures for optimal performance and availability.
• Provide technical support in a 24/7 operational environment with rotating shifts.
• Monitor infrastructure using Grafana, LogicMonitor, LibreNMS or similar tools.
• Troubleshoot network and infrastructure issues across multi-vendor environments.
• Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with teams across multiple locations to ensure operational excellence.
• Maintain a stable, secure, and high-performing production environment.
