Capgemini Engineering is seeking a seasoned NOC leader to coordinate operations across RAN, VoIP, Core CS and International Roaming. You will act as the main customer contact, align cross-functional teams, and ensure service continuity with strong governance.

You will drive incident management, monitor SLAs, and deliver reports to stakeholders, while mentoring a growing NOC workforce in a hybrid work setting.

Qualificações

• Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in Telecommunications Operations, NOC Management, or Service Delivery Management.
• Experience managing major incidents, escalations, and service restoration.
• Knowledge of SLA management, KPI reporting, and operational metrics.
• Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese (mandatory); English proficiency desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate NOC operations across RAN, VoIP, Core CS, and International Roaming.
• Act as the primary operational contact for the customer with strong stakeholder management.
• Manage cross-functional teams and resource planning for coverage and continuity.
• Lead major incident management, including escalation and service restoration.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs, driving corrective actions when required.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Provide leadership and performance management for NOC staff.
• Produce and present operational reports and reviews.
