Alongside is seeking a Junior NOC Analyst to join a financial market operations project in Porto. This role involves providing Level 1 technical support and assisting with Level 2 troubleshooting across network and infrastructure environments.

You will monitor systems, respond to incidents, and work in a high-availability 24/7 operational environment. The position offers opportunities for skill development in a fast-paced technological setting, with a hybrid work model at the Porto office.

Qualificações

• Around 1 year of experience in NOC or IT Support.
• Familiarity with network and infrastructure concepts.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades
