The L Hotel Fátima (Lakhani Group) is opening in 2026 and seeks a Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk operations. You will close the day in the PMS, reconcile revenue and payments, and prepare daily occupancy and revenue reports.

Responsibilities include security rounds, handling guest requests, and handing over to the morning team. Fluent Portuguese and good English are required; nights, weekends, and holidays are part of the schedule.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in hotel reception or night audit with strong attention to numbers.
• Fluent Portuguese and good English.
• Confident with PMS software, Excel and cash handling.
• Reliable, independent and able to work alone at night.
• Available for permanent or rotating night shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Nice to have: basic accounting knowledge; first aid or fire safety training.

Aufgaben

• Manage late arrivals, early departures and all front desk duties overnight.
• Run the night audit: reconcile room revenue, payments and cash, and close the business day in the PMS.
• Prepare daily reports on occupancy, revenue and arrivals/departures for management.
• Carry out security rounds and respond to alarms, emergencies or disturbances.
• Handle overnight guest requests, wake-up calls and early breakfast packs.
• Hand over clearly to the morning Receptionist.
