A leading provider of guest technology solutions is seeking a Customer Success Engineer - Networks in Maia, Portugal. This role focuses on supporting clients with their TV and Cast solutions throughout their lifecycle. Responsibilities include assisting with project setups, providing technical support, onboarding new clients, and collaborating with various teams. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Informatics or Electronics, relevant certifications, and a strong grasp of networking technology. Qualificações

• Degree in Informatics, Electronics, or equivalent working experience.
• Cisco and/or other Networks vendors certifications.
• Knowledge of multi-service network architectures to support IPTV, VoIP, Wi‑Fi.
• Ability to install and configure networking equipment.
• Familiarity with network protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, and QoS.
• Experience with network security and firewall configurations.

Responsabilidades

• Assist sales team with the setup of demos and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
• Support onboarding of new clients.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
• Update training materials & documentation for colleagues.
• Daily communication and relationship with customers.
