Claranet Limited is seeking a Network Engineer for a client on our TalentTeam in Lisbon. You will administer and troubleshoot enterprise networks, handle Cisco routing/switching, Fortinet FortiGate, and LAN/WAN configurations to ensure high availability.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of hands-on networking experience with Cisco infrastructures. Collaboration across infrastructure and cloud teams is valued.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years hands-on networking experience.
- Proven experience with Cisco networking infrastructures.
Responsabilités
- Administer, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructures.
- Manage Cisco routing and switching environments.
- Administer Fortinet networking solutions, including FortiGate platforms.
- Configure and manage LAN/WAN environments.
- Implement VLANs, trunking, and Spanning Tree protocols.
- Configure and manage static and dynamic routing protocols.
- Deploy and support OSPF and BGP routing environments.
- Configure and maintain network redundancy solutions (HSRP/VRRP).
- Implement QoS policies and monitor network performance.
- Support connectivity between On-Premises and Cloud environments.
- Document configurations, topologies, and architecture.
