Match Profiler in Lisbon is seeking a Mid-Level Network Services Support Specialist to provide operational, administrative, and governance support for network services within a hybrid environment. You will coordinate documentation, meetings, and service delivery with multiple stakeholders and teams.

Network Services Support Specialist | Hybrid (Lisbon)

We are looking for a professional to provide operational, administrative, and coordination support for network-related services and initiatives. The role focuses on service management support, governance processes, operational planning, reporting, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and administrative activities within a service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support governance, operational coordination, and administrative activities related to network services.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, presentations, communication materials, and service repositories.
• Coordinate meetings, stakeholder interactions, information gathering, and follow-up actions.
• Support service reviews, reporting activities, assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain operational records, tracking tools, and collaboration platforms.
• Execute operational support activities aligned with established processes and governance frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong organizational and task coordination skills.
• Experience preparing documentation, meeting minutes, reports, and presentations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint).
• Experience tracking actions, deliverables, and follow-up activities.
• Experience supporting service management, governance, or PMO activities.
• Ability to coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation quality.
• Ability to work independently within defined processes and guidelines.
• Professional communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts and familiarity with IT Service Management practices are desirable.

• Work Model: Hybrid (approximately 1 day per week onsite)
