Match Profiler is seeking an Application Support Professional to deliver expert support for HR Service Delivery on ServiceNow. The role requires bilingual English and German communication, strong 2nd level support experience, and a proactive mindset within a hybrid Alfragide-based setup.

You will be the single point of contact for incident resolution, develop documentation, and contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvements across the team.

Qualificações

Application Support Professional (English & German) | Hybrid (Alfragide)

We are looking for an Application Support Professional to provide application support for HR Service Delivery solutions on ServiceNow. You will act as a single point of contact, ensuring an excellent customer experience while supporting incident resolution, documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous service improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide application support for HR Service Delivery solutions on ServiceNow.
• Deliver end-to-end customer support as a single point of contact.
• Create and maintain support documentation, use cases, and process improvements.

• Investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with other teams to drive resolutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
• Strong experience in 2nd Level Application Support.
• Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar.
• Strong troubleshooting, research, and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience working with customer support processes and service environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Resilient, able to work under pressure, and comfortable managing repetitive tasks.
• Agile mindset and willingness to learn new skills.

Location & Working Model

• Location: Alfragide, Portugal
• Work Model: Hybrid (1 day per week in the office, or 1-2 days per month for candidates located further away)
