Findmore Consulting S.A. is strengthening its networking team in Portugal and seeks an experienced Network Engineer to design, implement, and secure complex network infrastructures across on-prem and cloud environments.

You will configure routers, switches, VLANs, and firewalls, monitor traffic, and collaborate with security teams to enforce best practices. A strong WAF foundation and cloud networking exposure are a plus.

Formación

• Experience as a Network Engineer or similar networking role.
• Good knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience with firewalls and network security.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of WAF technologies and web application security.
• Experience in network troubleshooting and incident resolution.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with WAF solutions such Fortinet FortiWeb, Cloudflare, AWS WAF, or Azure WAF.
• Knowledge of load balancers and reverse proxies.
• Understanding of common web attacks, including SQL Injection and Cross-Site Scripting (XSS).
• Experience with cloud networking, particularly AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Relevant networking or security certifications, such as CCNA, CCNP, or vendor-specific certifications.
