A Inetum está buscando reforçar a equipa de Manage Services BU com know-how em redes e cybersecurity. O profissional participará em operações de rede, incluindo manutenção, upgrades, segurança e suporte a clientes.

É necessária experiência prática em ambientes de média a grande escala, conhecimento de WAN/LAN/WLAN, firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, CheckPoint) e VPNs, com fluência em inglês e português. O papel pode envolver consultoria e alinhamento com padrões de indústria.

Qualificações

• Experiência em redes em ambientes de IT médios a grandes.
• Conhecimentos de redes: WAN, LAN, WLAN, MPLS, SDWAN.
• Conhecimentos de segurança: firewalling, VPN, IDS/IPS, autenticação/autorização.
• Domínio de Cisco, HPE/Aruba e dispositivos de rede.
• Fluência em inglês e português.

Responsabilidades

• Solucionar problemas para manter alta disponibilidade e confiabilidade da rede.
• Realizar manutenção de rede, upgrades e patch management.
• Assegurar conformidade com padrões de segurança e implementar protocolos robustos.
• Fornecer suporte técnico a clientes e stakeholders internos.
• Manter-se atualizado com tendências e tecnologias emergentes.
• Atuar como consultor de rede e segurança para clientes e equipes internas.

We seek to complement and reinforce the existing team in the Manage Services BU (Network with Cybersecurity knowledge)

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.
• Perform regular network maintenance, including upgrades and patch management.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and implement robust security protocols.
• Provide technical support to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Responsible for providing consulting and advisory services related to network security.

Qualificações

• Experience and therefore know the ins and outs of networks in general or within a specific specialization, feeling at home in medium to large IT environments and knowing all about IT concepts, technology and products
• Technical knowledge in the following networking domains and/or technologies:
  • Network architectures and concepts, SDN, IAAS
  • WAN, LAN, WLAN, MPLS, SDWAN
  • Routing and switching, TCPIP, OSPF, BPG, etc.
  • Cisco Nexus and Catalyst , HPE, Aruba, Cisco Router
• Technical knowledge in the following security domains and/or technologies:
  • IP networking & routing
  • Firewalling (Palo Alto, Fortinet, CheckPoint)
  • VPN (IPSEC and/or SSL)
  • IDS/IPS
  • Authentication & Authorization – WAN optimization
  • Cloud
• Firewall Technical knowledge
  • Palo Alto
  • Checkpoint
  • Fortinet
• CyberSecurtiy Knowledge
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (spoken & written)
