Qualificações

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Contribute and support a medium to long term product evolution and continuous product improvement.
• Drive advisory, selection, design, secure build & integration for the products in scope.
• Drive change implementation aligned with network product evolution objectives. Leadership.
• Network Products Engineer Service expected to discuss with both senior managers and IT, and explain complicated architectural concepts and strategies in clear language.
• English environment mandatory.
• Ensure QoS delivery for network solutions and support of solutions.
• Provide high expertise support on products and services.
• Participate in the architecture definition & integration based on current standard solution (ACI, NSX‑T).
• Participate in deployment of the solution.
• Participate in defining operating model.
• Expertise in managing Data Center with Cisco ACI and VMWARE NSX‑T.
• Expertise in Network Security products, SASE, Segmentation technologies and identity services, voice, Wi‑Fi, SDWAN, LAN wired, WAN, MPLS.

Requirements

• Network Automation expertise (Terraform, Ansible, Python).
• More than 8 years’ experience in the Network Domain in an international and matrix organization.
• Expertise in today’s Network and infrastructure challenges and trends, mostly at Infrastructure and Technical levels.
• Expertise in documentation and retrodocumentation of the current infrastructure.
• Ability to combine and analyze business and technical requirements from critical constituents.
• Expertise in support for P1, P2 support for Data Center incident and/or lead for problem management.
• Expertise in driving large architecture, standardization & transformation initiatives.

Other Requirements

• Fluent in English.
• Ability to simplify complex problems and obtain a workable solution.
• Customer focus and service delivery.
• Availability to work in EU.
