This on-site role offers relocation support for candidates moving from abroad, with full onboarding, coaching, and clear growth paths within a supportive multicultural environment.

Join a Multilingual Services account in Lisbon, Portugal as a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist.

You’ll handle customer queries in a multilingual contact centre environment.

Work model: On-Site.

Multiple start dates available across 17/Aug/26, 25/Aug/26.

Relocation support is available for candidates moving from abroad.

On site.

Your daily tasks will include responding to customer enquiries across multiple channels, documenting each case accurately, and flagging anything unusual to a supervisor.

We’re looking for candidates who communicate confidently in French and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.

You’ll receive structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, and clear opportunities to grow within a supportive, multicultural team.
