Daily tasks include responding to inquiries across channels, documenting cases, and flagging issues to a supervisor. Native-level French is required, English is used for daily work, and full training is provided.

A Multilingual Services client in Braga, Portugal is looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team.

You’ll handle customer queries in a multilingual contact centre environment.

Work model: On-Site.

Multiple start dates available across 03/Sep/26, 17/Sep/26.

Only native-level French speakers will be considered for this position.

Your daily tasks will include responding to customer enquiries across multiple channels, documenting each case accurately, and flagging anything unusual to a supervisor.

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in French and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
