Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Support Specialist for a Travel account. You will assist travellers with bookings and general trip support, communicating in French with strong English usage daily.

The role is on-site with comprehensive training and continuous coaching from your team lead, offering clear career progression. A language bonus of €150 is included in addition to your base compensation.

We're recruiting French speakers for a Customer Support Specialist role on a Travel account based in Lisbon, Portugal.

You'll help travellers with bookings and general trip support.

150 Euro language bonus.

In this role, you'll answer customer questions by phone, email, and chat, keep accurate records of each interaction, and elevate more complex cases to the right team when needed.

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in French and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
