Cloudheight Solutions is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join its international Talent Acquisition team in Lisbon or Porto. The role focuses on high-volume recruitment, interviewing across languages, and delivering a positive candidate experience.

You will manage end-to-end processes, screen and shortlist candidates, and collaborate with hiring teams to meet targets. On-site work is required for the first 3 months, with a potential hybrid model afterward in an international environment.

Competenze

• Fluent in French, Italian, German or Dutch at C1+ and English at C1+.
• Minimum 1 year in high-volume recruitment.
• Strong interviewing and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Manage recruitment from screening to candidate selection.
• Review applications and identify suitable candidates for multiple roles.
• Conduct phone, online and/or face-to-face interviews.
• Support high-volume recruitment campaigns and hiring targets.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and ATS activity.
• Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring teams to understand profiles and priorities.
• Apply recruitment standards and ensure local compliance.
