Job summary

Cloudheight Solutions is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our international Talent Acquisition team in Lisbon or Porto. You will manage recruitment processes, screen candidates, and conduct interviews to fill high-volume roles.

The ideal candidate speaks French, Italian, German or Dutch at C1, English at C1, and is located in Lisbon or Porto with on-site availability for the first 3 months. Hybrid after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting at high volume across multiple roles.
• Ability to conduct structured interviews and assess candidates.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes from screening through candidate selection.
• Review applications and identify suitable candidates for various roles.
• Conduct phone, online and/or face-to-face interviews.
• Support high-volume recruitment campaigns and hiring targets.
• Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS.
• Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring teams on profiles, requirements and priorities.
• Apply recruitment standards and ensure compliance with local procedures.
