Eugenia Talent is looking for a recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment in Lisbon. The role involves sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, with a focus on multilingual talent for global clients.

You will conduct background checks, assist in offers, and maintain records in HR systems. The position offers an on-site setup with hybrid options after onboarding, and includes private health insurance and a monthly meal allowance.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Italian and strong English communication.
• At least 6 months of recruitment experience.
• On-site role with hybrid options after onboarding.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• 12 months contract with 30 days trial.
• Salary package with private health insurance and meal allowance.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Conduct background checks and assist in offer negotiations.
• Utilize various sourcing channels to attract top talent.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS and HR systems.
• Ensure compliance with hiring regulations and company policies.
• Represent the company professionally and promote ethical recruitment practices.
