Hira Talent in Portugal is seeking an International Multilingual Recruiter to support recruitment projects across multiple European markets.

You will source, screen and interview multilingual candidates, manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding, and build long-term relationships with relocating professionals.

About the Role

As an International Recruiter at Hira Talent, you will:

• Source, engage and interview multilingual candidates across Europe
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding
• Build long-term relationships with candidates relocating internationally
• Work on recruitment projects across different European markets depending on business needs
• Collaborate with international clients across BPO, Tech, Customer Support and Sales
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the candidate journey
• Help improve recruitment processes and contribute to Hira Talent's growth

Who We're Looking For

Must-have

• Fluency in at least two European languages (one being English)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to different markets, clients and projects

• Comfortable managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
• Passion for working in an international environment
