Zendesk is hiring a Digital Inside Sales Specialist in Lisbon. You will be a product expert, guiding both new and existing customers through the buying journey with a high-velocity sales approach.

Travel for training and then move to a hybrid schedule as you help customers see the value in Zendesk. The role requires 2+ years in software/SaaS sales, strong multilingual communication, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a software/SaaS company.
• Excellent communication skills across multiple languages.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-velocity sales environment.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to a large number of inbound leads and existing customers via chat and email.
• Resolve prospect and customer inquiries to drive online conversions.
• Become an expert on Zendesk products and articulate value to buyers.
• Be the voice of customers and turn them into champions.
