A leading customer service technology company in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Digital Sales Representative fluent in Dutch, German, Arabic, or French. In this role, you will respond to inbound leads, conduct discovery calls, and drive product awareness. You should have at least 2 years of sales experience, especially in SaaS, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment. This position requires a hybrid work setup, involving in-office attendance three times a week.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a software/SaaS company.
• Real passion for Zendesk technology.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inbound leads and existing customers.
• Actively resolve inquiries to drive conversions.
• Conduct discovery calls and provide demos.
• Meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs.
